Definition of terms on the Divide Trail Patrol - Monthly Patrol Log sheet
Date: Month/Day/Year of ride or work date
Begin/end time: Starting & ending time of your patrol or work date
Area #: To identify the trail you patrolled. Must be one of the following for a designated patrol locations (others will be added as they are approved):
1.  Cronan Ranch
2.  Greenwood Creek
3.  Other-Please specify in comments
Designated Ride: Every patrol member must schedule a designated patrol ride each month by contacting Dividetrailpatrol@hotmail.com. This block is used only for the patrol ride that was scheduled as your designated ride on the patrol calendar. Enter one of these codes:
D - Designated ride completed as scheduled
W - Could not do ride as scheduled due to bad weather
E - Was excused from completing designated ride 
N - Did not do designated ride as scheduled (not excused or bad weather.)
M - Made up designated ride as scheduled.
Location: For other pre-approved patrol rides, enter the location if it is in the drop down list.  If not, enter a description of the location of the trail you rode.

Approved by: Name of BLM person approving that you worked that date.
Work Project/Location: Identify the name of the work project and location completed.
Description of Work Done: Describe the nature of work you completed. Include any special comments.
Comments: Enter any brief comments about your ride that you want recorded.  Immediately following you ride. Please include # of rigs, # of cars, any trail repairs needed, wildlife spotted, vandalism, etc.
Rider's Name: Rider's name
ID#: Rider's member identification number
Horse's Name: Enter name of the qualified horse you rode while patrolling
Date Submitted: Date you submitted to DTP. Must be by 7th day of the month following the patrolling.
